That's why we love to look to KiraGrace Warrior Alum Chelsie DiPaolo for our favorite food tips. She has an amazing knack for creating recipes that are not only good for you, they're simple and absolutely delicious! We love her approach to food. She says, "There is this huge misconception that healthy food must be lacking in something because what tastes good must be bad for us, right?! ... Iâm Italian, I like good food and I can assure you, when I cook, there is nothing lacking." Here are our five favorite summer recipes of hers that are incredibly healthy and delicious, and can cater to all your eating needs, no matter what you practice. 1. Oats

2. Soft Serve Ice Cream
It's not summer without ice cream! But with all the dairy, sugar, and chemical additives in most ice cream brands, it can be hard on your system. And a lot of times non-dairy options aren't much better and they definitely don't taste as good. But Chelsie has found an incredible way to make this treat without compromising the taste.
