Sparkling Grapefruit Sangria
A summertime favorite, this sangria recipe uses seasonal grapefruit to add a delicious sweet and sour punch to this refreshing classic.
All you need is:
1 750 mL bottle riesling
1 750mL bottle prosecco (or a dry champagne)
1 cup grapefruit juice
1/2 cup simple syrup
1/2 cup club soda
1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
1 grapefruit, cut into chunks/slices

Dark Chocolate Detox Bites
The perfect solution for you health conscious sweet tooths out there.
Ingredients:
- about 8 oz of dark chocolate (the higher the percentage of cacao the better)
- assorted dried fruits, chopped nuts, and seeds

Antipasta Salad Kabobs
The perfect crowd pleaser because they're easy, delicious, and there's something to satisfy everyone's palette.
Ingredients:
- (2) 7 oz containers fresh mozzarella balls (bocconchini)
- (2) 4 oz. packages prosciutto
- 1/2 lb. genoa salami, sliced thin
- (1) 12 oz. jar roasted red peppers
- (1) 6 oz can of black olives, or use the fresh cured olives from the olive bar at your grocery store
- 1 bag of leaf lettuce, any kind you like

Coconut-Almond Chocolate-Dipped Cherries
Cherries declare the presence of summer, and these sweet little bombs of flavor are the perfect touch of decadence for a party.
Here's what you'll need:
20-30 red cherries
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1 cup light canned coconut milk
1 tablespoon white creme de cacao
½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
½ cup ground almonds
2 teaspoons Maldon or sea salt, plus extra to garnish
