This policy applies to KiraGrace’s treatment of Personal Information that KiraGrace collects on or through the KiraGrace website and customer service.

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
KiraGrace collects and stores Personal Information that you provide on or through the Web Site and that you provide to our Customer Service Department in connection with your access and use of this Web Site. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, "Personal Information" is personally identifiable information about an individual person including, but not limited to, a person's name, physical address, e-mail address, birthday and telephone number and is provided when:

If you buy something from our store, we will need more specific information about you. To fully process your order and ship the merchandise you selected, we need your personal data such as your first and last name, your email address and your shipping and billing address. We also use your contact and order information to send you communication related to the processing of your order. We will ask you to provide this information in our “checkout page” before letting you finalize your purchase with the payment.

ACCOUNTS
You can sign up for a customer account if you’d like. We will remember your information and, when you decide to purchase again, you do not have to provide all of your information over again -- you just have to log-in. PARTIAL PURCHASES
If you have started to buy one of our products, but have not completed the purchase, you may have provided partial information, such as your email. In that case, we might send you an email to remind you about your interest. If you are not comfortable in receiving further emails of this kind, we will give you a simple opportunity to opt-out. Your privacy means a lot to us and we will stop sending you these communications right away.

REVIEWS
If you have completed a purchase, we will send you an email through to ask you to review the product you bought. We use a third party called Stamped.Io to send you an email and collect your review. We want to be sure that whether you love your purchase or have a complaint, you can share your opinion with other customers. By transmitting or posting reviews, including photos, the customer grants KiraGrace the right to use, reproduce, distribute, adapt, etc. the material and acknowledges that the content may be used by the site for any purpose, without limitation, including for marketing purposes.

TEXT MESSAGE/SMS CONTENT AND OPT-OUT
If you choose, you can provide your mobile phone number to receive text message alerts containing marketing information that may be sent via our third-party email program, Klaviyo using automated dialing systems ("Text Messages"). You agree that by providing your mobile phone number you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from Klaviyo to the mobile phone number provided. Message and data rates will apply and you should check the rates of your mobile carrier. You can opt-out from further text marketing communications by following the opt-out instructions that will be sent to the SMS number used by Klaviyo to contact you, reply "STOP" to opt out. We may share your mobile phone number with other service providers with whom we contract to assist us with the above activities, but we will not share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own purposes without your consent. You acknowledge that Text Messages are distributed via third-party mobile network providers and, therefore, we cannot control certain factors relating to message delivery. You acknowledge that, depending on the recipient's mobile carrier, it may not be possible to transmit the Text Message to the recipient successfully; nor is content available on all carriers. We do not claim or guarantee the availability or performance of this service, including liability for transmission delays or message failures. KiraGrace expressly disclaims any liability related to third-party carriers or service providers.

KIRAGRACE MOBILE MESSAGE SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The KiraGrace mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by KiraGrace Inc. Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.

Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Your consent to receive autodialed marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. If you have opted in, the Service provides updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.) and promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders) from KiraGrace via text messages through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided. Message frequency varies. Text the single keyword command STOP to +1 (844) 930-4455. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. If you have subscribed to other KiraGrace mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms. We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information with us related to your receipt of messages.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

PERSONALIZATION
We also use some specific information related to your visit, such as the timestamp of your visit, the page or the product you viewed, where you are coming from (if you came to our store because you clicked on an advertisement or you just opened our direct link). This is very similar to the essential information listed above, but we use it to provide you with a personalized experience. The information on your visit provides us with insights on your interests and allows us to send you relevant communications. We capture this information through cookies, called a "beacon," that we allow you to block (see section below).

We also collect personal information through our email newsletter, Klaviyo, in order to send you customized, personal emails.

KiraGrace does not target its services or the Web Site to children under 18. KiraGrace does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not submit any such information to us. If you are the parent or guardian of a person under the age of 18 who has provided such information to us, please inform us (through the KiraGrace website as listed above) and we will remove such information from our database as described further below.

Your provision of requested information to us through KiraGrace’s website or other means is presumed by us to be voluntary and with your consent to the uses described herein. KiraGrace uses the information you provide to us to customize advertising and content that we present to you, to contact you concerning specials, abandoned shopping carts and new products and to enhance our product offerings. KiraGrace will not sell or rent your Personal Information to any third party except when:

USE OF COOKIES and PIXELS
KiraGrace uses cookies and pixels to enhance the interactive nature of your Internet experience and to provide a convenient feature to save you time. KiraGrace uses tracking pixels to provide KiraGrace with insights about the effectiveness of KiraGrace ads and the use of the KiraGrace Web Site. THIRD-PARTY PIXELS and COOKIES
When you visit our website, log in, register, or open an email, cookies, ad beacons, and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with information they or others have about you, including your email address. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email addresses. GOOGLE SIGNALS
KiraGrace uses the Signals feature from Google Inc. Google Signals recognizes individual users using different devices. KiraGrace receives anonymous data in the form of a report that shows patterns in user behavior. The feature is only enabled if users: Have a Google account, are logged into a Google account, and have turned on the “Ads personalization” feature. If users do not wish to use this feature, they must deactivate the “Ads personalization” feature in their Google account.

MANAGING YOUR INFORMATION
You are entitled to request access to and correction of all your personal data collected by us via KiraGrace Web Site, as well as to require us to delete your data if you no longer want us to process it. You can make such a request or a related inquiry by sending an email to customerservice@KiraGrace.com.

If you are one of our customers who is in the EU, and we are specifically selling our products to the Member State where you are located, you have specific rights that we are honored to enforce without undue delay: Access, Correct, Erasure, Port, Object. If you cannot exercise your choice on your account page or if you do not have an account with us, please reach out to us, at customerservice@kiragrace.com. We will be more than happy to help.

We will keep your data as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this privacy policy. You may choose not to receive unsolicited marketing material from KiraGrace and you have the right to request deletion of your KiraGrace account information, subject to Kellwood's need to keep appropriate archives of its business operations.

We use an external provider to run our store, BigCommerce. BigCommerce is based in the US and is a participant in the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework and committed to providing best-in-class service and data protection. You can check its participation in the Privacy Shield here on the official site of The International Trade Administration (ITA), U.S. Department of Commerce.

Through BigCommerce, we also use other, highly specialized external providers to provide the most competitive services. For example:
IFS360, Klaviyo, Rebillia, ReadyCloud Suite, Zendesk, JustUno, LuckyOrange, BrainTree, ApplePay, Paypal, Olark and HelpFlow.

Payment: Our store is PCI-DSS compliant (a very strict industry standard with requirements for the security of credit card information), but we want to use Braintree Payments, an accredited company, to process your credit card information.
Shipping: We integrate with the shipping company IFS to fulfill your orders. Partnering with highly specialized external companies allows us to focus on what we do best: selling great products.

KiraGrace employs reasonable measures to maintain all Personal Information provided by you on computer servers in a controlled and secured environment in an effort to hinder unauthorized access, loss, alteration, use or disclosure of such information. Unfortunately, the nature of the Internet is such that information may be transmitted over networks without appropriate security measures and may be accessed, deleted, altered, used or disclosed by unauthorized persons.

We use reasonable measures to limit the disclosure of the data you provide to us only to certain staff within KiraGrace and its affiliates (i.e. staff whose job it is to process your inquiries and survey answers or otherwise to administer KiraGrace’s Web Site, and those staff involved in the provision of KiraGrace services and products which may be of interest to you) and to require that they process the data only for the purposes identified in this privacy policy.

To protect KiraGrace’s customers from fraudulent transactions on KiraGrace’s e-commerce websites, all orders are subject to review and verification.
