What are the rules?

  • KiraGrace offers a 21-day return window on regular-price items.
  • We do not accept returns on Final Sale items. No exceptions.
  • FREE shipping labels issued for items selected for exchange/store credit. 
  • A return fee of $9.95 applies for other qualified returns.
  • Returns after 21 days of delivery will not be processed.
  • You have 21 days from your ship date to request a return online.
  • Your return label must be activated within 3 days or your return may be declined.
  • Item must be in new, unused, unwashed, and in saleable condition with original tags attached.
  • Item must be purchased from We do not accept returns from third parties.
  • Easy returns apply to domestic shipments under $500. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • KiraGrace monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected. Returns on orders over $1,000 will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Accommodation replacement orders are only eligible for return for store credit. 

How do I process an exchange?

  • Request an Easy Return label and select Store Credit.
  • Store Credit will be applied to your account once the item is received and processed at KiraGrace.
  • Apply your store credit and place a new order for the items you desire.

What is Final Sale?

  • We encourage first-time customers to order from our regular price offering since all sale items are Final.
  • Final sale includes items on sale or items discounted from the regular price.
  • All product ending in .99 are considered FINAL SALE, no exceptions.

How do I request an Easy Return label?

  • If your order has shipped complete, fill out your information in the box below.
  • If your order has partially shipped, please follow the instructions under RETURNS ON PARTIAL ORDERS. 

How else may I request a return?  

  • You may also submit a Return Request through your account on our website.
  • Simply log into your KiraGrace customer account,
  • Click Complete Orders under your account menu
  • Click Return Item(s) and select the item(s) you'd like to return
  • Click Submit Return Request when complete.
  • You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the Return Request is sent.
  • Our Team is off duty on Saturday and Sunday, so if you submit an online return request over the weekend, we will reply on Monday.

How long will it take to process my return?  

  • Returns may take up to 10 business days to process from date of receipt at the warehouse.

Does my Outfit or Bundle qualify for a Free Return?  

  • Outfit & Bundles are Final Sale and excluded from Returns.
  • We accept exchanges and returns for store credit within 30 days.
  • Please email us at for authorization.
  • We offer pre-paid labels for a convenience fee of $9.95.
  • You may also use your own mail carrier and shipping method.

Do I need to return my free promotional item?  

  • Selected a gorgeous free gift with your purchase but have to return some other items? Our free gifts with purchase are final sale. If you fall beneath the promotion threshold after returning an item, the value of your gift will be deducted from your refund. You can also opt for a refund via store credit for full value of your return.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of water bottles or jewelry, we will not be accepting any water bottle or jewelry returns under any circumstances. If you receive a water bottle or jewelry with your order and need to return an item, please contact us at, and we’ll work out a solution with you.

What if my return doesn't qualify?  

  • We want to hear from you! Our goal is for you to feel fabulous in your gear.

  • Returns after 21 days of delivery will not be processed.
  • KiraGrace monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected. Returns on orders over $1,000 will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.



If your order is partially shipped, simply fill out our Return Request Form:

Step 1: Download and print the Return Form. If you have trouble downloading the form, please email and we'd be happy to send you the form through email. The form must be completely filled out and sent with your package. This will help speed up the return/exchange process.

Step 2: We will respond to you within 1 business day.

Step 3: Include the following in your package:

  • Your item in saleable condition with tags attached and original packaging
  • Your completed KiraGrace return form

Step 4: We will notify you once the return has been received and processed.

If you would prefer to return your items via your own mail carrier please send the return to the address below. Please note: we are not responsible for lost packages.

How long will it take to receive a refund?  

  • You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
  • This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
