We all want to be happy and live the life we always wanted. More and more people realize that having a job, a roof over their heads, and all the comfort of a healthy lifestyle does not always equal having a fulfilling life.

KiraGrace Warrior, Adri KyserToday more and more people are seeking to become aware, mindful and are ready to awaken to their fullest potential. Thankfully many mind and body practices like yoga, meditation and Pilates are becoming widely available and accessible to anyone seeking to bring more meaning into their lives. Many are discovering the incredible power that resides by going within and taking time to reflect and connect with their intuition and soul’s purpose. More and more people are making time to connect with their core beliefs that brings them closer to God or Divine essence.

What does it mean to live a purposeful life? The answers may vary from person to person but to me living a purposeful life means to live a life from a place that is fully aligned with your soul’s purpose. Living a life that follows your deepest desires coming from your inner essence connected with the Source. It also means that you let the Universe do its work through you and everything you do is driven by love and the need to serve a much greater purpose than you ever imagined.

How can you live a life full of passion and meaning? How do you know you are following your soul's purpose?

1⃣ Take time to cultivate stillness so you can connect with your intuition and divine purpose. Meditation and breathing practices are fantastic tools that can help you quiet the mind and cultivate stillness.

2⃣ Live in the present moment. In order to cultivate inner peace, trust and meaningful connections we need to stop living in the past and worrying about the future because it only creates more stress and anxiety. The past is gone and we cannot change what happened and the future is not here yet and we cannot control it. Only living in the present moment allows you to connect with your soul’s purpose.

3⃣ Trust that your passion and higher purpose will be Divinely guided with ease. When you allow the Divine to work through you, things seem to flow easily and the right people, situations, and circumstances come to you. You are full of energy – feel vibrant, healthy, inspired and fulfilled.

4⃣ Follow your heart's deepest desires and dreams based on love, meaning and purpose rather than based on the “Ego’s external desires”

5⃣ Do what you love and love what you do without expectations and attachments. When you love what you do, automatically you feel a deep desire to share it with others. These people can feel your passion and positive energy and will be inspired by your actions, talents and purpose. In term, you are inspiring them to follow their own dreams and fill their lives with meaning and purpose as well.

Are you ready to live the life you always wanted? Start by following your true divine purpose, connect with your intuition and live in the present moment.
