This practice can help you cultivate a calm, focused mind, ready to take on the day's tasks.

Breakfast time is another fantastic opportunity for practicing mindfulness. In Buddhism, this involves eating slowly, savoring each bite, and reflecting on the hard work that went into making the meal. This practice, known as mindful eating, not only makes your food taste better, but it also fosters a sense of gratitude and appreciation for the simple act of nourishment.
