Amber Gregory (E-RYT 200, YAACP) is the owner and founder of amberbyoga. She is a feature writer in the book, “Structure & Spirit-Moving Smarter On and Off the Mat,” a featured yoga teacher on the podcast, “Thriving in Chaos: Ep.34: It is not about finding peace, it’s about being at peace with what we find,” a breast cancer survivor, mother of two small children and a lover of all things yoga.
Yoga found Amber 18 years ago and has followed her around with nurturing love ever since. She has been sharing her love of yoga for 13 years and leads retreats, workshops and special events from Vermont to Costa Rica. She teaches 7 classes per week to over 100 students in the Greater Boston area and is continually inspired by each and every one of them. Amber shares her passion of yoga with everyone she meets.
Her business of amberbyoga has donated over $2000 to various charities worldwide through the sales of her tank tops. Her mission is to “give back” doing what she loves and she volunteers her time every October when she leads students through a charity class to raise money towards those fighting breast cancer.
Yoga is her truth, her breath and her true love. It is her ultimate calling.
